ABOUT US
The passion for economic empowerment began in 2003 when Patricia was working with a faith-based NGO to develop micro-enterprises and equip team leaders in fundraising and project writing. In 2015, she began working with a Development Fund to organize pitch events and fund impact enterprises. She recognized that Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) were the backbone of a nation's economy, job creation was the best form of poverty alleviation and saw market place injustice as an untapped opportunity for renewal and value-driven entrepreneurship. She also saw the big gap between investor expectations of business planning and the founders actual capacity to express their business aspirations. Thus, the vision for Business Impact Growth was born.

MEET THE TEAM
Patricia Claassen
Patricia is the Founder of Business Impact Growth and serves as online small business trainer, coach, and consultant. Her experience in executive NGO leadership, Performance Coaching, Business Development and passion for sustainable development are a rich resource to both new and experienced entrepreneurs alike.
Abhishek Kamble
Abhishek is the Director and faculty for Business Studies and Management at Vision Learning Centre and an instructor with BIG. He is the co-designer of Vision Learning Methodology designed to make content highly learnable. He has 8+ years of professional experience in management, facilitating, digital media design, event-management, art, and music.
Prarthana Kamble
Prarthana is the Content, Media and Communications Specialist at BIG. She holds a BA in Mass Communication and Journalism from MIT ADT University and has three years of experience across media production, content strategy, and youth outreach in India, including time with MediaLight in Northern Thailand. She cares about communication that's honest rather than polished, and about what Kingdom business looks like when it's told well
Michelle Hartley
Michelle draws her experience from 20 years of working cross-culturally in rural development initiatives and in managing logistics & hosting International tour groups. She completed her Coaching Mastery Certification and has worked with clients in America, Africa and the Middle East helping them reflect, grow and reach their potential.
Vivek Sarin
Vivek Sarin is a finance instructor with an MBA in Finance, years of experience in stock markets and helping startups build robust financial models & pitch decks to get them investor ready. He is passionate about financial education, simplifiying complex concepts that empower students to navigate the startup world with confidence. He serves as a financial consultant and mentor with BIG.
Samuel Parayil
Sam has built a career in project and construction management working with diverse teams and startups in India, Oman, Dubai and Canada. His passion for Community Development has led him to train and coach entrepreneurs in launching sustainable business project. He serves BIG as a mentor/coach.

BOOT CAMP- WOMEN'S
ENTREPRENEURSHIP

12 Women as part of the Lydia Project began the Online Module of Idea to Impact and four qualified for the Boot Camp starting or growing businesses in Architecture, English Classes, Art Therapy and Corporate Training. I
SMALL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
25th November 2025
Business Impact Growth collaborated with two NGOs to train 152 of their volunteers in 13 different events to start small businesses for sustainability. Businesses started included Youth hostel, Chicken farming, Tailoring, Digital marketing, Healthy snacks, Juice cart, Snack cart, Stationary shop, Sari shop, Play school, Pharmacy, Clothing etc.
BREAK-EVEN ANALYSIS

Abhishek Kamble taught on Break Even Analysis in our 2023 Idea to Impact Workshop where Impact entrepreneurs came to gather to learn online and through interactive zoom classes growing businesses in agriculture.
